Project Name: Segregation, Treatment and Disposal Facility Unit Sahiwal.
Here Civil, Mechanical and electrical work is done.
Where the foundations of belt conveyors are made.
Also the fabrication and erection of 13 numbers of belt conveyors. All electrical panel board and wiring work is carried out by us in this project.

Project details: New plant Line-3 Project of 4000 TPD.
1. Clinker Storage & Transport: (7 Belt Conveyors, 6 Bag Filters, Fans, Ducts, Chutes,
Platforms, 3 Trusses and 2 Piers).
2. Cement Proportioning station: Bucket Elevator (NB 450Bx25m) 3 Bins, 5 Bag Filters,
Fans, Trusses and 4 Piers, Weight Feeder, Iron Remover and Metal Detector.
3. Cement Grinding: Vertical Roller Mill (LM 56.3+3), Weight Feeder, Iron Remover and
Metal Detectors, 3 Belt Conveyors, Bag Filter (CDMC 153-2x4, H 1200mm) mill outlet
Duct, fan outlet duct, Hot air gas duct, Generator, Air slides and piping’s.
4. Cement storage/ transport & bulk loading: Bucket Elevator (N-TGD630X48.3m), 9
Bag filters, Fans, Air slides, Aeration boxes, Rotary feeder, Roots blower and lift.
5. Cement Packing & Truck loading: Haver Packer Machine (1200x2500EC), Bucket
Elevator (NBH450A-19.1m150t/h), 3 bins, dosing system, bag destroyer, bag
rejecting device, and Rotary screen drum, 3 Flat belt conveyors, 3 Chain Conveyors
And Electric hoist.
6. Gypsum Additive and Storage: Apron feeder (B1200x15360mm), Hammer crusher
PC1210, Belt conveyor, 2 Bag filters, fans and gypsum stock yard steel shed.

3. Raw Material Proportioning Station (8 M Silo, 6 M Silo, Platforms, 3 Piers and 3 Trusses)
4. Raw Meal Homogenizing and Kilin Feeding Steel Platforms
5. Raw Material Grinding/ Waste Gas Treatment (Platforms and Supports )
6. Top Cyclones, VRM Cyclone, Bucket Elevator.
7. Stacker and Reclaimer for Coal Crusher and Limestone.

Here we construct ( Fabrication and Erection ) of 2 Blending Vessel Tanks having 10ft. Dia and 20ft. Height, also Cooling Tower and the fabrication and erection of new Refinery in dalda foods.

Here we construct LPG Stations at Safooran Goth Karachi, Umar Kot, Naseerabad (Larkana), Mehar and Tando Muhammad Khan (Fabrication and Erection) of Petrol, Diesel & LPG Tanks and their Piping’s with Canopy.

Here we construct ( Fabrication and Erection ) of Edible Oil Storage Tanks. Having 23 ft. dia and 55 ft. Height.
